MISSION Nu Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® (AKA) was founded on a mission of service through the cultivation and encouragement of high scholastic and ethical standards of college trained women. We seek to improve the social stature of girls, women, and our local community through “Service to All Mankind”.
VISION Nu Phi Omega will set the standard of integrity, intellect, and achievement for our members and the communities in which we live. Furthermore, we seek to be recognized as a leader for service within our local community.
VALUES Nu Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was established on nine basic values as a woman of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®.
She upholds Ethical Standards by acting accordingly to the highest potential of her character while having respect and compassion as well as emphasizing the importance of welfare for all.
She encourages the formation of strong bonds of friendship based on common values and Sisterhood,
As a College trained woman she will encourage herself and others to strive for excellence and become lifelong learners.
A woman of Nu Phi Omega will be Humble and Respectful in demeanor by the way she carries herself in public and private and treats all people with dignity.
Members of the Nu Phi Omega Chapter will stand in Unity to provide Service and Leadership to their local community, their state and their country on behalf of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®.
The Nu Phi Omega woman will be Dedicated to her community, chapter, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® forever.
